Wildlife Rehabilitation Skills Workshop: Opossum Care

Are you passionate about opossums?

This class introduces students to the unique needs of the only marsupial native to North America. Topics include intake and triage of injured animals, public health/safety, common problems in orphan care, feeding techniques, and release criteria.

Designed for individuals of all experience levels, the course combines lecture, discussion, artifacts, hands-on practice and case studies to build the skills essential for success in caring for opossums.

Advance registration is required.
